TAP IN TO THE GAME
I worked with a team of designers and app developers to invite fans to ‘Tap In To The Game’ with a wearable tech jersey that has a chip in the front that brings you closer to the name on the back.
We created the messaging for the Nike x NBA Connected Jersey app — then I got to help make the film for its global launch.
WHAT IS IT?:
Fans tap their phone to a chip in the jersey to unlock a bespoke Nike+ app that connects them to content, gear, and exclusive events for their team.
Role: Copywriter
The film was made for a global launch; trans-created in over 29 languages from English to Mandarin to German.
As with any new Nike product launch, the Nike NBA Connected Jersey (and the work) got global press from just about everywhere.
